• Kee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms.

• All ticket purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise by the specific event organizer.

• Tickets are subject to availability and specific event terms, which may include age restrictions or dress codes.

• Users are responsible for reviewing all event details, including date, time, and location, prior to purchase.

Our refund policy is governed by the following rules:

Kee is not responsible for any changes made by event organizers.

Kee Experience is not the event organizer. Accordingly, we are not responsible for:

• The quality or execution of events
• Changes in schedule or lineup
• Injury, loss, or damages

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Paymob, Stripe).

• Additional service or processing fees may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout.

• Kee does not store payment card details on our servers.

All content, branding, design, and materials on Kee Experience (including logos, software, and text) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kee Experience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is harmful to other users, event organizers, or the platform itself.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
