How do I get my tickets?
After purchase, tickets are sent directly to your registered email address. They are also immediately available in the 'My Profile' section of the platform. You don't need to print them. Just show the QR code on your phone at the entrance.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies vary by organizer. Generally, refunds are available if an event is officially canceled. For other cases, please check the specific terms on the event page or contact the organizer directly through the platform.
What payment methods are supported?
We support major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as local digital wallets like Vodafone Cash and Instapay via our secure payment partners.
How do I create an account?
Click on the user icon in the navbar and select 'Sign Up'. You can sign up with your email address.
How do I start hosting events?
Simply click 'Start Hosting' on the home page or in the footer. You'll be guided through a simple setup to list your event, set ticket prices, and manage your guest list.
What if I lost my ticket?
Don't worry! You can log back into your Kee account to access your tickets anytime. You can also search your email for 'Kee Experience' to find your confirmation message.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and never store your full payment card details. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.
