Mobile app
Run the night from your phone.
There are two Kee apps. The main one carries the ticket marketplace and your client dashboard, so guests can buy from their phones and you can watch the event run from yours. The second is a focused scanner for the door team, and it keeps working when the venue has no signal.
What the apps do
Two apps, in plain terms.
One app is for guests and for you; the other is only for the door team. Here is what each one does and why it is on a phone rather than a laptop.
The main app: marketplace and dashboard
The main Kee app does two jobs. For guests, it is the marketplace: they browse events, buy tickets, and keep them in the app to show at the door. For you, it is the client dashboard in your pocket: the sales figure, capacity by tier, the guest list, and the post-event report, the same numbers as the web laid out for a small screen. It also sends a notification when something needs you, so you do not have to keep it open.
- The ticket marketplace: guests discover events and buy from their phones
- The full client dashboard: sales, capacity, guest list, and the report
- Notifications for sales spikes, capacity thresholds, RSVPs, and go-live, limited to the ones you choose
- The same live data as the web, so nothing is a separate copy to reconcile
A separate app just for scanning
The door team installs a second app that does one thing: scan guests in. It is deliberately stripped back so there is nothing to get lost in during a rush, and it works with no connection at all. Every scan is saved on the phone, the guest walks in, and it syncs the moment signal returns. Once synced, a ticket used on one phone is refused on every other phone, so there are no double entries even with several people scanning at once.
- A focused scanner, not a cut-down version of the main app
- Works fully offline; scans are stored on the device and sync when signal returns
- A visible count of scans still waiting to sync, so you know where things stand
- Duplicate scans blocked across every phone once the devices have synced
One login, one event
Both apps use the Kee account you already have. There is nothing to set up and no integration step. A ticket scanned on the door app appears on the dashboard at once; a refund issued on the web updates both apps. It is one event, seen from different places.
- Sign in with your existing Kee login on either app
- A change made anywhere shows up everywhere straight away
- No setup and no integration to configure
- Built for iOS and Android phones and tablets
Put the event in your pocket.
The apps are part of your Kee account. Sign in with the login you already have and you are set.
