Operations
Kee can run the floor and make the artwork.
The platform handles tickets, RSVPs, and scanning. When you also need people, Kee has two teams you can bring in: trained ushers with a supervisor for the event itself, and an in-house design team for the identity, the artwork, and everything a guest sees.
A managed door and floor team, led by a supervisor who answers to you.
One creative team making the identity, the site, the ticket, and the social artwork.
What each team does
The two teams, in full.
Both are optional and booked per event. Here is exactly what each one covers and how it works with you.

On-site ushers
Kee can staff the door and the floor with its own trained ushers, led by a supervisor who is your single point of contact for the night. They greet and direct guests, run the entrances with the scanners, work the guest list, look after VIP and press arrivals, and keep the queue moving. It is fully managed: Kee recruits, trains, schedules, and briefs the team, so you are talking to one supervisor rather than managing a dozen people you have never met.
- Trained ushers on the entrances, scanning guests in and keeping the queue moving
- A door supervisor who runs the team and reports to you directly
- Guest-list, VIP, and press handling at the door
- Kee recruits, trains, schedules, and briefs everyone; you manage one person, not the whole crew
- A walk-through and briefing before doors so the team knows your event, not just the venue

Ticket designs, event posters, invitations, and social sets, all drawn from one brief so the whole event looks like a single piece of work.
In-house design team
The same creative team that builds custom event sites can take on the rest of the look as well. Give them a brief and they produce the event identity and everything it touches: the ticket artwork, the storefront or microsite, the invitations, the social posts and stories, and the screens and signage on the night. Because it is one team working from one brief, the invite, the site, the ticket, and the Instagram grid all look like the same event rather than five separate jobs.
- Event identity: the logo treatment, colours, and type for this one event
- Ticket artwork, the storefront or microsite, and the invitation, all matching
- Social posts and stories, sized and laid out for each platform
- On-site screens, signage, and print, produced to the same look
- One team, one brief, so nothing looks bolted on
