Every part of the dashboard, explained.
You do not need to be technical to read it. Each panel answers one plain question about the event, and here is what each one is doing.
Sales, as they happen
From the first ticket, the dashboard keeps a running total of what the event has made. The figure moves the moment a payment clears, and drops back if you issue a refund, so it is always the real number and never something you have to reconcile later. You can look at it for the whole event or split it by ticket type to see which tiers are carrying the sale.

Capacity, tier by tier
Every ticket type has its own bar on the dashboard showing how many have sold against how many exist. A tier that is nearly full reads differently at a glance from one with plenty of room, so you always know where there is still headroom and when to stop selling a level. Release more of a tier or move a cap, and the bars adjust straight away. (Invitations and RSVP replies have their own page; this view is about what is sold.)

Check-ins at the door
On the night, your team scans guests in using the camera on their own phones, with nothing to install. Each scan adds to the arrival count on the dashboard and is stamped with the time and the entrance it came through. If one gate starts backing up, you can see it in the numbers and move staff across. A ticket that has already been scanned is refused, so no one gets in twice on the same code.

The post-event report
When the event is over, one click turns everything on the dashboard into a branded PDF.
