The Pan Arab Golf Championship Juniors 2026 opened on 7 October at Madinaty Golf Club in Cairo and closed on 10 October at JW Marriott Cairo. The championship was hosted by the Arab Golf Federation and the Egyptian Golf Federation, and both ceremonies were produced by Posh Management. We were there for the part every guest meets first: the invitation.

Each ceremony had its own event on Kee, with its own guest list, its own invitation and its own ticket. That kept the opening ceremony and gala dinner separate from the closing ceremony, while Posh managed both from one login.

The invitations went out on WhatsApp as a short video in English and Arabic, written for a formal audience, with the date, time, venue and dress code laid out clearly. Every guest answered with one tap, Confirm Attendance or Can't Attend, so the Posh team could see who was coming without chasing replies by phone.

Once a guest confirmed, their ticket followed straight away with a personal QR pass. We built the ticket in the Ticket Builder in the formal style, in the championship's olive and gold, so it matched the invitation artwork rather than looking like a generic pass.

Throughout, Posh followed the replies on a client dashboard that showed who had confirmed, who had declined and who had not answered yet, and which invitations had not been delivered so they could be fixed with a corrected number.
