Powering MURTAQA's QUE Gardens Orientation Day for Brokers
We ran the invitation journey and on-ground check-in for MURTAQA's QUE Gardens Orientation Day for brokers, in collaboration with Rabet.

We're proud to have powered MURTAQA's QUE Gardens Orientation Day for Brokers, managing the invitation journey and on-ground operations from guest management to check-in, all on Kee's own QR ticketing system.
The orientation ran across three separate sessions in a single day, each treated as its own event behind the scenes so every broker got the same experience regardless of which session they attended.
Every broker received their invitation over WhatsApp, replied and confirmed their attendance in the same conversation, and let us know how many colleagues they were bringing. Once confirmed, their ticket came back as a QR code covering their whole group, ready to scan at the door with nothing extra to download or print.
A few pieces of this were built specifically for MURTAQA. Brokers never saw that the orientation was split into three sessions, every invitation, confirmation and ticket used one consistent event name, so the day felt like a single booking rather than three separate ones. And because brokers often came with their whole team, we built a single QR code that covered an entire group instead of issuing one ticket per person, so a group of ten checked in on one scan instead of ten.
Beyond that, MURTAQA's team came to us with a steady stream of specific requests throughout, and we built around each one. The plus-ones question became a tap-to-select list instead of a typed reply, with options sized for delegations bringing anywhere from a couple of colleagues to entire teams. And for the door itself, we built a dedicated scanner just for this event, able to check in any ticket across all three sessions without the usual one-scan limits, giving their on-ground team full flexibility on the day.
The ticket design was customized for MURTAQA too. Instead of a standard template, their ticket is their own invitation artwork with the guest's QR code laid directly onto it, delivered straight into the WhatsApp conversation as an image instead of a link. Each session also has its own ticket design, built in our Ticket Builder, with its own colours.
MURTAQA's team also followed the invitations and the door from their own client dashboard, and we shaped it around what they asked for. Each broker's group shows how many colleagues they requested next to how many were allowed. A needs-attention list surfaces the brokers who still hadn't said how many colleagues they were bringing, or whose invitation hadn't been delivered, in plain language rather than technical codes. For groups checking in on a single QR, the dashboard shows when each person arrived instead of one collapsed time. And all three sessions sit under one login, so their team saw the whole day in one place.
Running three sessions in one day also meant planning for how each one would actually play out at the door. Some groups arrived together in numbers large enough that a slow check-in process would have created a bottleneck, so the door team needed a ticketing flow built for speed as much as accuracy. And when one session's time needed to change close to the event date, every broker already holding a ticket for it had to be reached and reassured they could still use the same ticket, with no new invitation or new QR code needed.
On the day, our team ran check-in on-site using that same ticketing system, so brokers moved straight from arrival into the orientation.
The day was run in collaboration with Rabet, an integrated event platform built to bring structure to an industry known for complexity. Rabet taps into a network of over 75 service providers across Egypt's event scene, coordinating every piece of an event under one responsible team so nothing feels scattered or uncertain.
One event. One seamless experience, powered by Kee Experience, in collaboration with the service provider platform Rabet.
