Powering the invitations for the Lovin' Sahel launch at KYMA Beach
We ran the invitations, RSVPs, tickets, and door scanning for the launch of Lovin' Sahel, the newest Lovin platform, at KYMA Beach, organized by Posh Management.

We're proud to have powered the guest side of the Lovin' Sahel launch at KYMA Beach, SouthMED, on 11 July, from the first WhatsApp invitation to the scan at the door. It was our second event, the night after our first.
Lovin is a local news, culture and lifestyle brand that tells the story of a place through what people see, do, eat and drink. In Egypt it started with Lovin' Cairo, and Lovin' Sahel is its newest addition: a lifestyle platform dedicated to the stories, people, events and experiences of Egypt's North Coast.
The evening was organized by Posh Management, with crowd management by Elevent. The programme, which began at 7 PM, promised beachside vibes, a live performance by Aziz Maraka, and a World Cup match screening. It was an invitation-only night, so the guest list mattered as much as the party.
Every guest was invited over WhatsApp. They confirmed or declined with a single tap in the conversation, and guests who confirmed could tell us if they were bringing someone, with plus-ones ticketed alongside them.
Each confirmed guest received a personal ticket with its own QR code, opened straight from the message, with nothing to download and nothing to print. The ticket design was built in Kee's own Ticket Builder, the same tool any organizer can use to design every ticket for their own event.
At the entrance, guests were checked in by scanning the QR on their phone with the Kee scanner, which checks every ticket against the guest list and flags one that has already been used.
Thank you to the Lovin' Sahel team, to Posh Management for bringing us in, and to Elevent and KYMA Beach for the collaboration.
