iConcierge is a lifestyle and concierge service provider in El Gouna. On 9 October, it held a VIP Private Reception for the El Gouna Boat Show on Abu Tig Marina Island, hosted by RSBS and Ferretti Group. Kee handled the invitations and the RSVP for the evening.

A reception like this is built on a personal feel. Guests are addressed by name, the invitation carries the event's own artwork, and the reply has to be easy for people who are not used to registering for anything. We set up a dedicated WhatsApp number for iConcierge, so invitations arrived from the brand guests were expecting.

Each invitation opened with the guest's name and the host, date, time and venue, with the reception's poster on top. Guests confirmed with one tap. If a guest wanted to bring someone, WhatsApp asked how many, then asked for each person's name in plain text, and the plus-ones were added to the guest list under their own names.

This reception did not use QR tickets. After the last name was given, the guest received a clear Attendance Confirmed image with the event's artwork, which was all the evening needed.

The organizers followed every step on a client dashboard: who had been invited, who had confirmed, who was bringing a guest and by name, and which invitations needed a corrected number.
